Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ankify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Ankify and its source code are the property of Ankify / The Go Web. Using the software does not grant you ownership of the source code, its algorithms, design, or any derivative works. You are granted a license to use the platform as described in your plan - not to reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer it.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into Ankify - scores, evaluations, member information, and attachments. We do not claim ownership over your content. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the data you upload.

Custom Deployment: Your data resides entirely on your own server. We have no access to it unless you explicitly grant support access.

SaaS (Cloud Hosted): Your data is stored on our secure global cloud infrastructure. We protect it with encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. We never use your data for purposes other than providing the service to you.

4. Data Export

We provide data export options so you can retrieve your data at any time. You are not locked into the platform. Upon account termination, you have a 30-day window to export all data before it is permanently deleted.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ankify for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, interfere with its operations, or transmit harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. Enterprise customers receive SLA commitments as specified in their agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ankify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
