3. Data Storage & Security

Where your data lives depends on how you deploy Ankify:

  • Custom Deployment - Your data stays on your own server. We never access or store your data on our infrastructure. You have full control over location, access, and retention.
  • SaaS (Cloud Hosted) - Your data is stored on secure global cloud servers with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We implement access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews.

In both cases, we implement access controls, audit logging, and follow industry best practices for data protection.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the platform (hosting, email), bound by confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Export

You can export your data at any time through the platform's export features. Upon account deletion, we retain your data for up to 30 days, after which it is permanently removed from our servers.

Ankify uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that collect personal data.
